Combining over a decade of leadership experience in the Hospitality Industry in multiple markets with over two decades of experience living and working in the community as a person with a physical disability; Walking Spirit will evaluate your operation from both the external and internal guest perspectives and work with your team to develop a more inclusive & innovative work and service environment with enhanced customer service and low employee turnover! A proactive focus on Accessible Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging will also reduce costs associated with service recovery, liability, and discrimination claims related to disabilities. This process takes approximately one month, more or less depending on the needs of the operation and includes an operational SWOT analysis; Hospitality and Accessible Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging assessments, consultation, and training.
